Click the blue “Redeem” button at the top of the incentive page. Then click the green “Redeem” button that appears under the “My Rewards” bar. Choose the gift card you would like to receive. You can search for the gift card you want by the merchant’s name or category.
Please note: Gift cards can only be redeemed in denominations of $250 or $500. Please contact Human Resources with questions regarding this requirement.
Redemptions for electronic gift cards will be processed within 24 hours. Redemptions for physical gift cards will be processed within 5 business days, delivery may take an additional 1-2 weeks. However, upgraded shipping options are available so you can get your gift card/certificate even faster.
Visa or Amex cards do expire (digital cards expire in six months and physical cards in one year). Some individual retailer gift cards/certificates may expire, but most gift cards do not expire.

Have you checked the balance? You can only process the card up to the amount on the card. Vendors will often split charges for you if you tell them only to charge up to the balance on the card and then you can pay the difference with another form of payment. If you have an adequate balance, please contact the merchant phone number provided on the card.
You need to redeem your point on or before the last day of the incentive campaign (December 31, 2022). There is no way to honor points not redeemed after this point.
